Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program offers businesses the opportunity to improve their engagement and retention strategy of high potential young leaders by assisting them with their leadership development and networking in a practical and dynamic way.
What does the program include?
The program training focuses on cutting edge information in three areas;
- Leadership and Self, including self awareness, personal branding and building confidence in personal strengths
- Leadership and the Project, including planning, problem solving and strategic thinking
- Leadership and Others, including finding mentors, expanding your influence, communication and team engagement.
Your investment includes:
- 12 fortnightly 2 hour mentoring sessions
- 6 monthly webinars
- 2 day induction weekend including meals and accommodation
- Tickets for participants and sponsor organisations to the introductory breakfast and presentation events
- Involvement in a social entrepreneurship project
- Follow up webinar (3 months after the program)
How does this program work?
A sponsor organisation can nominate up to four employees to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program. It is an intensive six month leadership development program designed for employees under 35 years.
Practical Component
Participants will also work in small teams to develop an original hands-on social entrepreneurship project that provides a positive benefit for Perth. No other leadership program for emerging leaders offer this opportunity to it’s participants.
