Next Generation of Leadership

Last week I spoke to a group of young professionals in the finance industry at the CPA Next Generations conference. The topic of my presentation was building leadership capacity in tough economic times. I developed a framework for building on your leadership skills.

Creative Thinking mentoring session at yGen Club
