yGen is a monthly mentoring program that incorporates facilitated discussions on workplace goals and challenges, offers practical training/learning sessions, networking opportunities and guest speakers/presenters.
Plus - you get to design the program! You will choose the topics discussed, speakers sought and the opportunities that suits your needs. I will be facilitating these groups so members get exactly what they need.
